Do You
Really Need
An Attorney?
The Louisiana notary public is a civil law notary with broad powers, as authorized by law. Louisiana notaries are commissioned by the Governor and are the only notaries to be appointed for life. A Louisiana notary can perform/prepare many civil law notarial acts usually associated with attorneys in other states, with the exception of representing another person or entity before a court of law for a fee. Notaries are also not allowed to give "legal" advice. A Louisiana notary can prepare any notarial legal documents including inventories, appraisements, partitions, wills, protests, matrimonial contracts, conveyances, and, generally, all contracts and instruments in writing. We are a 24-hour, low-cost, full service mobile notary public provider operating with a competent and knowledgeable notarial staff. Our staff works with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity to bring our clients the results they expect and deserve.
